It is not a substitute for attending class, reading assigned materials, completing your own work, or engaging in the educational process. AI-generated answers may be incorrect. You are solely responsible for your academic decisions, the work you submit, and compliance with your institution's policies. Beekix assumes no responsibility whatsoever for your academic outcomes, grades, disciplinary actions, or any consequences arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and PraGlo Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Beekix ("Beekix," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Beekix website at beekix.com, the Beekix browser extension for supported browsers, the Beekix web dashboard, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, installing our browser extension, accessing the web dashboard, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Users under the age of 16 are not permitted to create an account or use any part of the Service. If you are between the ages of 16 and 17, you represent that you have informed your parent or legal guardian about your use of the Service, that they have reviewed these Terms, and that they consent to your use of the Service on your behalf.
BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USE OF AI-GENERATED EDUCATIONAL CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE RISK OF RECEIVING INCORRECT ANSWERS, THE RISK OF ACADEMIC PENALTIES IF YOUR USE VIOLATES INSTITUTIONAL POLICIES, AND THE RISK OF ANY OTHER ADVERSE OUTCOME. YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THESE RISKS WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE POTENTIAL CONSEQUENCES.

Beekix is designed to be a supplemental educational tool and AI-powered study companion. The Service is intended to supplement your education, not replace the learning process.
Beekix is an independent service operated by PraGlo Inc. Beekix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any educational institution, university, college, school, textbook publisher, educational platform, or learning management system. All trademarks, logos, brand names, and product names mentioned on or accessed through the Service are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely for identification and compatibility purposes.
The Beekix browser extension reads question content displayed in your browser on supported educational platforms. This content is transmitted securely to Beekix's servers, where it is processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. The AI-generated response is then delivered back to your browser. The extension does not access your browsing history, personal files, or content from websites other than supported educational platforms. The extension does not bypass or circumvent any login credentials, paywalls, or authentication systems — it can only read content that you are already authorized to view in your browser session.

Beekix offers a free tier with a limited number of AI-generated questions per day, as well as paid subscription plans that provide expanded or unlimited access. Current plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify our plans and pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the applicable subscription fees. Beekix does not store your full credit card number or payment credentials on our servers.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate at each renewal. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any price changes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time on your subscription, or downgrading from a paid plan to the free tier. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Contact support@beekix.com for refund inquiries.
In addition to standard subscription plans, Beekix may issue license keys for account activation. License keys are non-transferable, may only be used once, and are subject to the same terms as standard subscriptions. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of license keys is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties, or government-imposed fees arising from your purchase or use of the Service. All subscription fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. If Beekix is required to collect or remit taxes on your behalf, such taxes will be added to your subscription fees.

The purpose of the Service is to help you understand concepts, learn problem-solving approaches, review material, and prepare for exams. Beekix is not intended to be used as a means to bypass the educational process or to submit work that is not your own.
Beekix does not encourage, condone, facilitate, or endorse academic dishonesty in any form. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with your educational institution's academic integrity policies, honor codes, and codes of conduct. These policies vary by institution, course, and instructor, and it is your obligation to know and follow the rules that apply to you.

You acknowledge that Beekix is a tool, and like any tool, it can be used responsibly or irresponsibly. Beekix provides AI-generated educational content upon your request. How you choose to use that content — whether for learning, review, reference, or any other purpose — is entirely your decision and your responsibility. Beekix has no obligation to monitor, review, or police how you apply the content generated by the Service. By using the Service, you accept full and sole responsibility for any academic, professional, or personal consequences that may arise from your use, regardless of whether those consequences were foreseeable.

You should exercise discretion when submitting content to the Service. Do not submit questions or materials containing sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, driver's license or passport numbers, financial account details, passwords, medical or health information, or any other data that you would not want processed by third-party AI providers. Beekix is not responsible for any consequences arising from your submission of sensitive personal information to the Service.
You represent and warrant that any content you submit to the Service, including homework questions, images, text, and study materials, does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including your educational institution, textbook publishers, or instructors. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable copyright laws and institutional policies regarding the reproduction and distribution of educational materials.
Beekix does not condone and is not liable for the upload or submission of any content that is protected by copyright, proprietary to an educational institution, or otherwise restricted. By submitting content to the Service, you represent that you have the right to share such content or that your use constitutes fair use under applicable law.
The Beekix extension accesses question content that is displayed to you within your browser on educational platforms to which you have legitimate, authorized access. Beekix processes this content on your behalf and at your direction. You represent and warrant that you have authorized access to any educational platform content that you direct Beekix to process. Beekix does not independently access, scrape, or download content from any educational platform. All content processed by Beekix is accessed through and at the direction of the authenticated user.
Beekix is not responsible for determining whether your use of educational platform content in conjunction with the Service complies with any third-party terms of service, licensing agreements, or copyright restrictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable agreements and laws.
AI-generated answers, explanations, and study materials provided by Beekix are produced by third-party artificial intelligence models developed by Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google (Gemini), DeepSeek, and Alibaba Cloud (Qwen). The following important disclaimers apply:
The Service, including but not limited to the Beekix website, browser extension, web dashboard, APIs, software code, user interface design, logos, trademarks, and all associated intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of Beekix. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any original content you create and store within the Service, including personal notes, questions you type, and study materials you compose. By using the Service, you grant Beekix a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
AI-generated answers, explanations, flashcards, quizzes, summaries, and other materials produced by the Service are provided to you for personal educational use. You may use AI-generated content for your own learning and study purposes. You may not commercially redistribute, publish, or sell AI-generated content obtained through Beekix without prior written consent.
Beekix respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content available through the Service infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated agent at support@beekix.com. Your DMCA notice must include:
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Beekix will promptly investigate and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
If you provide Beekix with comments, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant Beekix a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit such Feedback for any purpose without attribution, compensation, or obligation of any kind to you. Feedback is not treated as confidential information. Beekix is under no obligation to implement any Feedback.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, account information, usage data, questions submitted for AI processing, and AI-generated responses stored in your notebooks.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beekix, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, shareholders, and any individual acting on behalf of Beekix from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. Your account and data will remain stored on our servers unless you submit a separate data deletion request.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data through the Settings page in your dashboard or by contacting us at support@beekix.com. Data deletion is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (Section 8.4). If you have an active subscription, your data will be deleted within forty-five (45) days after your subscription period ends. For free-tier accounts, data will be deleted within forty-five (45) days of the request. Data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, you will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid. We may also delete your data in accordance with our standard data retention practices.
Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, 11.4, 12, 13, and 14) shall survive.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as by posting a notice on the website or sending an email to the address associated with your account.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Internal corporate matters of PraGlo Inc. are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Any legal actions, claims, or disputes not subject to arbitration under Section 14 shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue, including any argument that Fulton County, Georgia is an inconvenient forum.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@beekix.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Beekix agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or any aspect of the relationship between you and Beekix shall be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies.
Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, in the English language, and shall take place in the State of Georgia or, at your election, may be conducted remotely (by telephone or video conference). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If you are between the ages of 16 and 17, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed this arbitration agreement and consents to it on your behalf. If your parent or legal guardian does not consent to this arbitration agreement, you must not use the Service.
YOU AND BEEKIX AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial for any dispute covered by this arbitration agreement.
This arbitration agreement does not preclude either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in court to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or confidential information.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@beekix.com within thirty (30) days of creating your Beekix account. Your notice must include your name, email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement. If you opt out, you and Beekix agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Georgia.
These Terms, including the arbitration agreement, govern the relationship between you and Beekix. Third parties, including educational institutions, publishers, or platform operators, are not parties to these Terms and are not bound by the arbitration agreement or any limitation of liability herein. However, to the extent that any third-party claim against Beekix arises from or relates to your use of the Service, you agree to cooperate with Beekix in the defense of such claim and to indemnify Beekix as provided in Section 10.
